What this platform provides

NFLPlayoffBracket.com is bracket-hosting software. It lets you create and fill out playoff brackets, follow automatic scoring and standings, and organize private groups. Premium/private Bracket Room features provide software access and private room access tools for group organizers.

What this platform is not

• The platform does not collect, hold, escrow, manage, or distribute prize money.
• The platform does not operate gambling, wagering, sweepstakes, fantasy sports contests, or prize pools.
• Paid purchases on the platform, including private room access, commissioner licenses, and pool capacity upgrades, are for software access and hosting tools only. They are not an entry fee, buy-in, wager, or contest fee, and they do not purchase a chance to win money or prizes.

Private groups and commissioners

Any private arrangements between friends or group members are outside the platform and are not handled, managed, or facilitated by NFLPlayoffBracket.com. Commissioners and group owners are responsible for setting and managing their own group rules, their participants, any prizes or entry fees they independently choose to use, and legal compliance related to their own activities. The platform does not administer user prize pools merely because it hosts bracket data. You should consult qualified professionals regarding any legal or tax obligations related to your own use.

Your responsibility

You should only use the app where permitted by your local rules and laws. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the software, and your group's activities, comply with the rules that apply to you.

Premium / one-time access

Where offered, premium access to a Private Bracket Room is provided as one-time access to software features for a group. Pricing shown in the app reflects software access only.

Commissioner licenses

A commissioner license lets you create and manage your own bracket pools. Available plans differ in their limits, such as the number of pools a plan allows you to create, and each pool has its own separate participant capacity. Under the current model, commissioner licenses are one-time purchases. A commissioner license grants management tools for your own pools only; it does not grant any site-wide administrative authority. Plan tiers and limits may change over time.

Pool capacity upgrades

Additional participant capacity may be purchased separately for an individual commissioner-managed pool. A capacity upgrade applies only to that pool. It raises that pool's total participant limit and does not increase the number of pools your commissioner license allows. Capacity upgrades are one-time purchases under the current model, and available capacity options may change over time.

Billing, refunds & support

Payments are handled through Stripe or another designated payment processor. The amount of each purchase is shown before you complete checkout, and purchases are generally one-time under the current product model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Please review the purchase details before completing payment.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For any refund, billing, or access question, contact support and we will review it.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your sign-in credentials appropriately secure. If you lose access, the sign-in page offers a password reset for email accounts, and you can contact support for help.
